Nice place for a 1-night stay. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Early check-in and easy check-out, parking nearby. Marvellous and incredible location, the staff were gentle! For shots visit il Pettolino, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Really great experience there.

Last time we stopped we had a good sized, brand-new room with balcony, a great bathroom, a good air conditioning. The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from St Paul's Church...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Our room was well furnished and modern, had a coffee machine, an amazing view from the balcony, and a fridge.

Everything was superb and the rooms were well furnished and good-sized. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Had a perfect time...

The staff here is well-organized and has a great personal attitude, plus the location is very central, near the south train station.

The staff at this deluxe hotel were incredibly nice. the property is conveniently located very close to the city center and not far from Sassi di Matera, the old town, and the new areas. It offers superb accommodations and a great overall experience.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right next to the main attractions and city center. The host was extremely helpful with a late self-check-in and provided great instructions. The view from the terrace was mind-blowing, overlooking a breathtaking town. The room, although with small windows, was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The host was attentive, offering to pick us up from the bus station and checking in daily to ensure our comfort. The free public parking spots in front were super convenient. The supermarket just around the corner was a great bonus. We highly recommend the restaurant La Grotta del Gusto for a jaw-dropping dinner experience. Additionally, it was only a quick five-minute walk from the old town back to the room. a truly exceptional stay that we hope to experience again in the future.

Despite the small room and bathroom, our stay at Dimore Pietrapenta was enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the Sassi di Matera, and we had a fantastic view of the old town from our balcony. The host, Gianfranco, was welcoming and provided great hospitality. While there were some noise and cleanliness issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment on Via Lucana. the location was great, right next to the Sassi di Matera and the city center. the owner was extremely helpful and even offered to pick us up from the bus station. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with a nice bathroom and a big fridge. the staff was friendly and spoke excellent English, and they took the time to give us information about the city and its attractions. It was a perfect place for a family to stay. Cons: Everything was great! 👍🏼.

great stay at a nicely furnished room near the historic center of Matera. Quick response from the host, and a lovely terrace with a view of the town. Free parking nearby and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimore Pietrapenta. Mr Lopergolo was an excellent host, providing seamless check-in and even reserving parking for us. The room was clean and exactly as advertised, with a great bathroom and an amazing view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great advice on exploring Matera and recommending excellent restaurants. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place.
